Let’s begin, the first thing we must know is that we must do to know what we will need, in the first instance we must know what state the walls are, regularly the walls to be repainted have cracks, the wall is chipped, lacerations, and even traces of moisture in the form of mold.

Once we know the symptoms of our walls we proceed to acquire all the necessary products for the whole process of painting, we must take into account that the improvements of the home like the graffiti of the house, involves several processes prior to the application of the painting. It is advisable to make a list as a guide that includes everything you need, in this list we must note grades of various gradations, adhesive tapes, anti-fungicides based on chlorine, cleaning products and detergents, brushes of various sizes and rollers with handle long, scissor ladders, plastics to protect the floor, paint depending on the size of the surface, among others.

The first procedure is the preparation of the wall, a good sanding after the removal of layers of paint with a spatula, clear the ground for the repair of cracks with mastic and professional paste, then is sanding again the excess material until that the surface is completely smooth. In order to achieve different levels of coarse and fine grinding, several types of medium and fine sandpaper must be available, the thicker ones remove a lot of surface and can ruin the work.

Once repaired and sanded our walls proceed to treat areas with moisture, here we can use some product based on chlorine as chlorine helps to eliminate fungi very effectively. After applying this type of product we must wait until the wall is completely dry to continue working. The next step in home improvements will be to remove stains with some special product, and finally we apply the paint, the layers of paint will depend on the paint we use. Remember the home improvements will benefit your quality of life and the better the used products, the better and more durable these jobs will be.

Hits the frame with a hammer to vibrate the cement mixture in order to help eliminate the possibility of air bubbles or cracking, Smoothest the steps with a spatula and make sure the steps are level using a level. Unity and harmony

The ultimate goal in the design inside any space is that all components of the room to create a harmonious whole.

Each room should have an element that attracts attention when someone comes naturally. This can be an architectural detail, a fireplace, a work of art or a distinctive piece, or even lights.

Rhythm

A room with good pace first draws the eye to the focal point, and then draws the eye to the other components of the room, creating a flow of visual movement.

Standard measures of a bathtub

If you are planning the design or renovation of a space bath , you should start with the basics. Your goal is to plan the use of the floor of the bathroom to accommodate standard size of the tub and leave enough space for accessories sink and toilet.

Length and width

The width of the bath is a standard 30 inch (76 cm) wide. If the tub is located on a standard bath 60 inches by 108 inches (or 5 feet by 9 feet or 152 cm by 274 cm), the length of the bath is equal to the width of the bathroom, which is 60 inch (152 cm).

Height

The tub may have a dimension of between 14 inches (35 cm) and 17 inches (43 cm) high. If you go to the bathroom design to facilitate the transfer of a person with physical disabilities, consider the creation of a shower with a ledge on which you can roll a wheelchair instead of a bath.

Check local building codes

It is important that you check local building codes before planning the bathroom. There will be a maximum allowable distance (i.e., the number of inches) between the pipes. You can probably plan the position of the tub at the other end of the bathroom in front of its door.

Space adjacent to the tub

Once you have planned how much space will be needed to install the bath accessory, or to build a tub, you should plan the space next to the tub to dry a person. For example, you could add a space of 30 inches (76 cm) by 60 inches (152 cm) for this purpose. If the bath is immediately next to the toilet, they should be spaced at least 16 inches (40 cm) from the centerline of the toilet. You can also create a platform 60 inches (152 cm) beside the tub for bathers to come and go easily.

The best way to organize small bedroom furniture

When you have a small, narrow room, what you want is to have the fewest possible furniture. The way you organize the furniture will directly influence your perception of the space available inside the room. Sit down and draw the furniture arrangement on a sheet of paper before you start to move round.

Bed-desktop: combination and location

Whenever possible, it combines 2furniture in one. You can make such a combination bed-desk. It rides like a bunk bed, with the difference that “litter” below is a desk where you work. Place this bed-desk against the wall that is farthest from the door. Note that you cover the walls so that it is an empty space in the middle of the room, though it is only the size of a narrow corridor. If you do not want to have a combination bed-desk, desktop placed as close to a window on the same wall and headboard (or feet) of your bed.

Place the desk about 1 foot (30 cm) of the bed or on the other side of the window. Normally, the cabinets are placed to the left or right of a wall or corner. But if for some reason yours is in the center of the wall that is in front of the bedroom door, put the headboard (or feet) against the opposite wall, aligned to the left side of the room. Place your nightstand to the right of the bed (if there is enough space, otherwise maybe you should do without it) and put your desk in the wall where the door is.

Comfortable high

Instead of using a comfortable wide drawers, buy a high to take advantage of vertical space. Place it in front of the legs of the bed or headboard or bed-desk (depending on the end point to the wall). If you live in an area affected by earthquakes, put the dresser against the wall at the foot of the bed. If one of the cupboard doors is on the same wall as the bed, the dresser moves to the adjacent wall, away from the closet door.

Bedside table

If you have a bedside table, place attached to the headboard, Consider bypass it if you’re going to put on the desk right next to the bed, and a corner of it could also be used to set your alarm clock.

Table for the television

If there is a television in your room, put a table on the opposite of the bed wall. You should always place the focal point (where most of your attention will be directed) opposite the bed. Consider putting a bracket for attaching the device to the wall so we can have more space to move around your small room, once again, secure it in the wall that is opposite to your resting place.
